Everything you send to the stores lives on the Distribution page. It has four tabs:
  • Releases lists every release with its status. Filter by All, Drafts, Submitted, In Review, or Live, or search by title.
  • Calendar shows when each of your releases goes out to the stores.
  • Analytics shows your real store streams once a release is delivered.
  • Promotion lets you book a campaign for a live track. See Promote a release.
Click a release to open its details. The Inbox button collects updates about your releases, and you also get an email when a release needs you.

Release statuses

A release can also carry one of these labels:
  • Action required. Something only you can change, such as an artist name that differs from your Spotify page or a writer credit the stores refuse. The release page, your inbox, and the email tell you exactly what to change.
  • Our team is checking. The next step is on Vocuno’s side. You don’t need to do anything.
  • Delayed on our side. A temporary problem on our side. Vocuno keeps retrying automatically and the release continues on its own once it clears.
  • Removal requested, Removed from stores, or Cancelled. See Remove a release from the stores.
In the mobile app, My releases uses shorter labels: Not sent, Being sent, Needs you, In review, Delivered, Live, and Rejected.

Edit a delivered release

To correct details or artwork on a release that has already gone to the stores:
  1. Open the release and click Edit.
  2. Make your changes, such as the cover art, titles, credits, or release date.
  3. Click Queue update.
Vocuno sends the change to the stores and the release goes back into review. After you submit, you can’t add, remove, or reorder tracks, and existing ISRC codes stay the same.

Fix and resend a returned release

If the stores return a release, it shows Rejected with the reason. Open it, correct what the reason names (for example, replace the cover art or fix a credit), and send it again. If the stores already hold the release, it is updated in place and goes back into review; otherwise it is submitted again. Resending never charges you twice: tracks you already paid for cost 0 credits and use no extra free distributions. Only tracks you add can cost extra.

Remove a release from the stores

To take a release down:
  1. Open the release and choose Request removal.
  2. Enter a reason (required).
  3. Confirm with Request removal, or click Keep release to back out.
Removal is not immediate. The release shows Removal requested and may stay available on some platforms until the stores process it. Once the removal is confirmed, it shows Removed from stores. A removal request also stops any pending marketing delivery for that release. A release marked Cancelled was stopped before delivery and will not be sent to the stores. If it used free distributions, they are restored to your account.
You can delete a release only while it is a draft, or if it was rejected before it ever reached the stores. Use Request removal for anything that has been delivered.

Release calendar

The Calendar tab shows each release on its release date, with your next releases under Coming up. Click a release to open its details.

Release analytics

The Analytics tab shows real store streams for every release you have delivered, updated every night:
  • Totals for all time and the last 90, 30, and 7 days
  • A Daily streams chart for 7, 30, or 90 days
  • A breakdown By store (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, Deezer, Pandora, and Audiomack)
  • A breakdown By release, with each release’s own curve, stores, and listen links
Stores usually report streams two to three days after a release goes live. Until your first release is delivered, the tab shows a locked preview with sample data. Release cards also show a small hint of the last seven days.
