Vocuno takes you from a blank page to a finished, export-ready song in minutes. This guide walks you through the entire process, step by step. You do not need any music production experience to follow along.
New accounts receive free credits when you sign up. Use them to try the AI song generator, lyrics generator, or stem separator before committing to a paid plan.
The fastest way to get started is the Vocuno Agent. Describe what you want in plain language — genre, mood, lyrics — and the Agent runs the full pipeline for you automatically. You can always switch to individual tools later.

Create your first song

Sign up at vocuno.com

Go to vocuno.com and create a free account. You only need an email address to get started. After signing up, you land on your dashboard where your credits balance and recent projects are visible.

Pick a plan

Choose the plan that fits how you want to create.
  • Starter at $8/month — 3,000 credits per month (up to 600 songs), Basic Studio, and distribution for up to 5 songs per month. Best for hobbyists exploring AI music.
  • Pro at $24/month — 10,000 credits per month (up to 2,000 songs), Advanced Studio, unlimited distribution, priority queue, and the ability to buy credit packs on demand. Best for creators who ship tracks regularly.

Use the Vocuno Agent or pick a tool

From your dashboard, you have two ways to start:
  • Vocuno Agent — Click Agent in the sidebar and describe your song in natural language. The Agent selects the right tools, runs each step, and presents a finished track.
  • Individual tools — Click any tool in the sidebar — AI Song Generator, AI Lyrics Generator, Stem Separator, and others — to work through the pipeline yourself.
If this is your first time, the Vocuno Agent is the recommended starting point.

Describe your song

Tell Vocuno what you want. You can:
  • Write a text prompt — Describe the genre, mood, tempo, and style. For example: “upbeat pop song about summer with female vocals.”
  • Paste your own lyrics — Drop in a verse and chorus. The AI composes the melody and arrangement around your words.
  • Upload an instrumental — Add AI vocals on top of an existing beat using the Add Vocals tool.
You can also pick from 18+ curated AI voices spanning pop, R&B, hip-hop, rock, and more. Preview each voice before generating.

Review and refine in Studio

Once generation completes (typically 3–5 minutes), your track opens in the Studio DAW. From here you can:
  • Adjust volume levels for each stem
  • Trim or rearrange sections on the timeline
  • Apply AI mixing to balance the final mix
  • Re-generate any section if you want a different result
All edits are non-destructive, so you can always go back to the original generated track.

Export or distribute

When you are happy with the result, choose how to release your music:
  • Export — Download your track as a high-quality MP3 or WAV file for use anywhere.
  • Distribute — Click Distribute to release directly to Spotify, Apple Music, and other major streaming platforms. Pro plan users get unlimited distribution; Starter users can distribute up to 5 songs per month.
Every track you create is 100% yours. Your plan includes a commercial license, so you can monetize your music on any platform.
