# Voice Conversion

**Voice Conversion** swaps the voice on an existing vocal recording without re-singing it. Upload your audio, pick an AI singer, and the original phrasing, timing, and emotion are preserved — only the timbre changes.

## How to use it

Drop in a vocal file (MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, OGG, M4A) or import one from your library. Pick a **provider** (Audimee or MusicGPT), filter by **gender**, and tap any voice in the grid to preview it. Adjust the **pitch shift** (-12 to +12 semitones) if you want to move the key, then hit **Convert Voice**.

Both **Audimee** and **MusicGPT** offer 50+ male and female voices each, with preview clips you can play before committing. Star your favorites to keep them at the top of the grid for next time.
