# Voice Cloning

> Clone a singing or speaking voice from a sample and reuse it in your Vocuno songs — powered by Suno, ElevenLabs, and Mureka.

**Voice Cloning** creates a reusable voice from an audio sample — sing a hook once and generate whole songs in that voice afterwards. Voice cloning requires a paid plan (Pro, Studio, or annual Starter).

## Providers

| **ElevenLabs IVC**     | Speech        | 120     | Instant clone from one or more clean recordings, with optional background-noise removal and voice metadata (language, accent, gender, age).                                                                                                                        |
| **Mureka Vocal Clone** | Singing (pro) | 3,750   | A studio-grade reusable vocal identity from a clean solo-vocal sample. Saved-clone slots are limited: 1 on Pro, 3 on Studio.                                                                                                                                       |

Your sample can be uploaded, recorded in the browser, or imported from your library.

## Using a cloned voice

Saved voices live in the Voice Cloning tool. For singing clones (Suno and Mureka) hit **"Use voice in a song"** — it opens [Create Song](/create/ai-song-generator) with your voice preselected, and every generation sings in your cloned voice. ElevenLabs speech clones are available in [Text to Speech](/create/text-to-speech).

    It's a safety measure: reading the phrase back proves you control the voice being cloned, preventing cloning someone else's voice from a recording.

  <Accordion title="What makes a good source sample?">
    A clean, dry solo voice — no music, no reverb, no background noise. If your sample has instruments, run it through [Stems](/create/stems) first to isolate the vocal.

  <Accordion title="Why is the Mureka clone so expensive?">
    It builds a full professional vocal identity on Mureka's infrastructure, which has a much higher underlying cost. Use Suno Voice for everyday cloning.
